If you’re looking to refund an order please note that we only offer refunds of items if they have arrived to you damaged or broken and within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that refunds can only be given via credit card.

Dispatch & delivery
Delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days from the time of order - if your item(s) are in stock. Please allow extra time over the Christmas and New Year period.
If item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by email or phone with an approximate time frame for delivery or if a product is sold out we will offer you a refund.
